General Information:  The Youth Summit is a one-day conference and our signature event.  We accept students from 5th -12th grade.  The Summit begins with a Mix and Mingle Breakfast and a keynote speaker.  The purpose of the Summit is to get our students excited about college and the possibility for them to pursue a career in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.  The Summit is followed by a full day of workshops on technology and career topics. Simultaneously, there are parent workshops on tuition for college and resources for paying for college through federal agencies that provide internships.  Our workshop presenters are from schools, government, and corporations.

Computer Building Competition:   After lunch, the event will continue with the computer-building competition. Students are divided into two members teams.  All students are eligible. The team who builds their computer the quickest wins. All member of the winning team wins a Microsoft Surface tablet. Patriots will provide instructions to all participants three weeks prior to the Summit.

PatroTech Game Show:  The PatroTech Media Jeopardy game, which is always great fun. There are eight teams competing in the PatroTech Jeopardy game.  Two members on a team middle and high school students can participate in this competition. Contact our office at 301/925-9350 to be a participant. We will provide each team with 200 questions four weeks prior to the Summit. Members n the winning team will win a Microsoft Surface tablet.

The day of the Summit all students will receive event bags with promotional items plus a Patriots T-shirt.

Fees:  Registration for the Youth Summit  ~   Member $10.00 / Non-Member $20.00       


            Registration will increase to $25.00 after;  March  25th, 2018
            On-Site Registration is $40.00

           Registration for Parent $10.00
           Includes Continental Breakfast & Lunch
